Kings of Leon complete 2026 Abu Dhabi GP concert line-up

Kings of Leon complete the line-up. For fans planning their December in Abu Dhabi, the entertainment programme attached to the Formula 1 season finale is now finished, with the multi-GRAMMY and BRIT Award-winning band confirmed as the final act for the 2026 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, rounding out a roster that organisers describe as the most ambitious in the event’s history.

The band join a line-up that already included Lewis Capaldi, Jennifer Lopez, Anyma, Imagine Dragons and Black Coffee, among other international artists, as part of the Yasalam presented by etisalat entertainment programme. The festival is organised by Ethara and runs alongside the Grand Prix at Yas Marina Circuit, where it has built a reputation for drawing major names in music to the UAE capital.

This year’s programme runs from December 2 to 6 and features seven After-Race Concerts, with 12 artists performing across multiple venues on Yas Island. David Powell, Chief Portfolio and Strategy Officer at Ethara, framed the scale of the offer for the public attending. “The Yasalam entertainment programme we produce at Ethara Live has become the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix signature, and this year’s programme is our most ambitious yet,” he said. “Bringing together established global stars and some of today’s most exciting emerging artists, we’ve created a line-up that appeals to fans across generations and musical genres. With Kings of Leon completing the programme, we’re looking forward to welcoming fans to Abu Dhabi for an exceptional week of racing, music and entertainment on Yas Island.”

The week opens on Wednesday, December 2, when Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli brings his Romanza Tour to Etihad Arena as part of Yasalam Classics. The After-Race Concerts begin the following day, with American rock band Kings of Leon and Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi performing at the open-air Etihad Live, adjacent to the circuit.

Friday brings Jennifer Lopez to the stage alongside Alex Warren, the singer behind the hit Ordinary, after the first day of on-track action. Imagine Dragons headline on Saturday following Qualifying, with a setlist expected to feature hits including Believer, Thunder and Whatever It Takes. The Chainsmokers and The Script close the After-Race Concert programme on Sunday night, after the season-ending Grand Prix itself.

Beyond the main concerts, the programme extends across the island. Anyma will present his audiovisual show, Anyma presents ÆDEN, at Yas Gateway Park on Friday, December 4, as part of the Yasalam Official After-Party. At the circuit itself, Shimza, CamelPhat and Black Coffee will perform at 16/360, a new venue offering panoramic views and multiple vantage points of the track.

Ticket holders gain more than racing and concerts. Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders receive complimentary entry to selected attractions around the city, including Qasr Al Watan, Yas Island’s theme parks and cultural attractions on Saadiyat Island. Those attractions include Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum, Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena.

Access rules matter for anyone planning to attend. After-Race Concerts are exclusively available to Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders, with Golden Circle upgrades also available. The Yasalam Classics concert featuring Andrea Bocelli and the Official After-Party with Anyma are separately ticketed, while performances at 16/360 require a ticket for that venue.

The 2026 edition follows a record-breaking 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which drew 339,000 fans to Yas Island and saw organisers Ethara named F1 Promoter of the Year. Tickets for the 2026 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix are now limited, with remaining options available through the official Abu Dhabi Grand Prix website. Whether this year’s line-up can draw an even bigger crowd to Yas Island remains to be seen.
