Dubai real estate firm secures major sponsorship for 2026 property showcase
Developer expands global footprint with major trade show sponsorship and leadership panel participation.
Reportage Group has locked in a Diamond Sponsor position at the International Property Show 2026, scheduled for September 7 to 9 at Dubai World Trade Centre, as the UAE-based developer pushes to deepen its standing among global real estate players.
The company’s growth since its founding in 2014 has been considerable. Starting as a UAE-focused developer, Reportage now operates across more than 21 countries, carrying a portfolio of over 116 projects and more than 48,000 residential units. Its combined portfolio value exceeds AED 60 billion, with 34 projects located outside the UAE. The pace quickened sharply in 2025, when the company recorded AED 9.6 billion in sales, a 90 percent year-on-year increase that placed it among the fastest-growing developers in the sector.
That growth is visible across multiple markets. Within the UAE, Reportage’s active projects include Brabus Island, SENSI, Verdana, Marlin 1 and 2, R. Hills, and Panorama by Elie Saab. Three new premium developments are planned for Meydan and Jumeirah Village Circle in Dubai, two of the emirate’s established residential destinations.
Abu Dhabi is next in line for expansion. The company is preparing to launch a large-scale residential community on Yas Island, designed around Emirati valley and creek typology and drawing on natural and cultural elements of Emirati heritage. A new edition of its Marlin series on Reem Island will extend its footprint in the capital’s waterfront sector.
Meanwhile, Reportage is scaling operations well beyond the Gulf. Large-scale projects are underway in Angola and Abuja, and the company has recently entered the Ethiopian market. In Europe, more than three luxury developments are currently progressing in France, reflecting a deliberate push into established markets with strong investment appeal.
At IPS, Group Managing Director, Owner and Key Founder Andrea Nucera will join the Leaders’ Panel: 2026 Real Estate Global Market Directions on the opening day of the show. The session is set to examine the global sector’s shift away from high-interest volatility toward a recovery cycle marked by stabilizing values and a focus on operational performance. Topics on the agenda include predictive technology, climate-resilient design, Real-World Asset tokenization as a tool for unlocking liquidity, and growing institutional interest in resilient living sectors and AI-critical infrastructure.
Nucera outlined the company’s direction: “At Reportage, our ambition is to create high-quality communities that deliver lasting investment value while making elevated living more accessible to homeowners and investors alike. This approach is closely aligned with the UAE’s and Dubai’s vision for the future of real estate, and our presence at IPS reflects our commitment to being an active contributor to that vision.”
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi and operating debt-free, Reportage frames its IPS sponsorship as part of a broader engagement strategy with international investors and partners. The open question heading into September is how the company’s expanding geographic reach, from West Africa to Western Europe, will translate into the kind of institutional partnerships that the Leaders’ Panel is expected to put on the table.
