R.Evolution, headquartered in Dubai, is expanding its EYWA brand from a pair of flagship projects into a global platform built around what the company calls longevity-led regenerative real estate. The premise is straightforward: if genetics account for approximately 50 percent of the factors that influence how long a person lives, then environment and lifestyle choices account for the other half. Buildings, by that logic, are not passive backdrops to daily life. They are active participants in it.
The company has already launched four EYWA developments across two markets. In Dubai, EYWA Tree of Life and EYWA Way of Water are operational. In Barcelona, EYWA Bac de Roda and EYWA 22 Palms are underway. R.Evolution now intends to apply the EYWA model to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across additional international markets, treating it as a replicable platform rather than a one-off design philosophy.
EYWA is an acronym for Energy, Youthfulness, Wellbeing, and Ancient Knowledge. The approach combines spatial design, modern technology, natural materials, and what the company describes as ancestral wisdom to create homes that function as living ecosystems. In practical terms, both Dubai properties feature MERV 14 air filtration and ionization systems, specialized living-water technologies, EMF-shielded bedrooms, non-toxic natural finishes, and carefully engineered acoustics, lighting, and ventilation. Residents also receive access to a Health and Longevity Concierge service offering personalized wellness guidance. Both developments are targeting LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and WiredScore Platinum certifications.
The recognition has followed. EYWA Tree of Life was named among the world’s Top 10 Luxury Wellness Residences by Robb Report and received the Best Property in the World 2024 designation from the International Property Awards. EYWA Way of Water earned recognition at the 2025-2026 Arabian, Dubai, and Saudi Arabian Property and Hotel Awards.
Meanwhile, R.Evolution is building a broader ecosystem around the brand through partnerships with wellness and longevity providers. These collaborations span health programming, nature-focused initiatives, educational offerings, next-generation sustainable technologies, and premium lifestyle services, extending the EYWA experience beyond the physical structure of any single building.

R.Evolution was founded in 1999 by Alex Zagrebelny. The company has since developed more than 2.5 million square feet across residential, office, hospitality, and infrastructure projects, with a total gross developed value between 500 and 600 million euros. Hospitality developments under the EYWA brand, planned for sought-after global destinations, represent the next phase of that growth.
