Dubai Brokers Get First Dedicated Workspace Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road
New physical workspace addresses long-standing operational challenges for independent property professionals.
Dubai’s real estate brokers have long operated from coffee shops and borrowed corners between client viewings. That changes with the opening of the Invespy Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, a dedicated physical workspace built specifically around the daily realities of brokerage work.
The Hub is structured around four functional pillars. The Earn section provides exclusive project offers, developer previews and live deal opportunities. Learn covers developer-led project briefings, sales training and sessions with industry speakers. Create offers a podcast studio with content creation and marketing support for brokers building their own audiences. Grow delivers broker tools, faster commission solutions and roadshow backing. Beyond these structured offerings, the space functions as a working base where brokers can operate between client meetings, not just gather for scheduled events. Coworking facilities enable daily use.

Imran Khan, CEO and Founder of Invespy, described the Hub as a response to a practical gap in how brokers have traditionally worked. “Developers have sales centres. Agencies have offices. Brokers have been working out of coffee shops between viewings,” Khan said. “The Broker Hub changes that. It is a room they can walk into any day of the week and leave with something useful, whether that is a new project to sell, a skill they wanted to learn, or a conversation with a developer they would not otherwise have had.”
The Hub is the physical extension of Invespy’s digital platform, which connects developers directly to brokers. That platform gives brokers off-plan inventory, faster commission payouts and sales support without network fees. Developers, meanwhile, gain access to a structured channel into a market typically reached through scattered outreach.
Invespy held a pre-launch Broker Brunch that brought together brokers, developers and industry leaders. The event featured Dr. Anand Menon, CEO of Empowered Performance; Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude, CEO of Disruptive Real Estate; and Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties. The gathering also served as a first public preview of the Invespy digital platform.
Khan has been consistent in framing brokers not as intermediaries but as partners and mini-entrepreneurs within the real estate ecosystem. “Brokers make transactions happen, and have the ability to create value and velocity to move the real estate economy at large,” he said. “Invespy is our attempt at using technology to simplify this process for the broker and accelerate the pace and scale of transactions for them and developers. The Invespy Broker Hub is the physical manifestation of our digital platform.”
For developers and other real estate stakeholders, the Hub serves as an activation channel into an engaged broker base. Project briefings, launches, previews and training can take place in a space already populated by the professionals who sell properties.
Khan indicated that the Dubai location is a proof-of-concept rather than a final destination. “We built this in Dubai because Dubai is where the standard gets set,” he said. “The ambition is not to open one space. It is to prove a model that works, and then take it to every market where brokers are doing the same job and need acceleration.” Whether that model travels as cleanly to other markets as it has landed on Sheikh Zayed Road remains the open question.
